In this dynamic practice, we explore a series of poses that specifically target the hips, promoting increased flexibility, mobility, and a deep release of tension. The hips are often a repository of stress and emotional baggage, so this flow is designed to help you release any built-up tension and find greater ease within your body.

60 min private yoga sessions in Pittsburgh, PA. Personalized to your goals. Feel free to bring your own props or you may borrow a mat, blocks, blanket, bolster, and towel.*

30 - 60 min private yoga, journaling, or meditation workshops locally in Pittsburgh, PA, or virtually anywhere. Personalized to your goals/theme. Travel to locations outside of Pennsylvania can be discussed.

Employees can use their own mats and props. For on-site classes, mats and blocks can be rented for a fee. Please let me know in advance.
