  • 30 - 60 min private yoga session locally in Pittsburgh, PA at a site of your choice. Personalized to your goals/theme.

    Students can bring their own mats and props. Mats and blocks can be rented for a fee. Please let me know in advance.

    Travel to locations outside of Pennsylvania can be discussed.

  • 30 - 60 min virtual yoga class. Personalized to your goals/theme. Unlimited guests.

    Students can use their own mats, blocks, a soft/carpeted surface, or a blanket.

  • 10 - 30 min meditation locally in Pittsburgh, PA or virtually anywhere. Personalized to your goals/theme. Unlimited guests.

    Students can be seated or lying for this class. Although meditation bolsters and blocks are not necessary they can be rented for a fee. Please let me know in advance.

    Travel to locations outside of Pennsylvania can be discussed.

  • Journaling can help us grow, reflect, and reorient ourselves. It can be therapeutic for your team to put their thoughts on paper and let their creativity flow. Unlimited guests.

    All you need is a pen/pencil and paper!

    This can be a virtual exercise or locally in Pittsburgh, PA. Travel to locations outside of Pennsylvania can be discussed.

Meditation

Generate empathy for others, increase awareness, and reduce stress through mindfulness practices.

Vinyasa Yoga

Focused on connecting breath to movement. Expect fiery flows with a satisfying savasana. Flows can be customized based on your topic.

Pranayama (Breath work)

Decrease burnout and increase the feeling of being grounded with breathwork.

History of Yoga

History of yoga, Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, and teachings from Vinyasa yoga are weaved throughout the class to honor the roots of yoga.

I believe in creating and holding space for all. Yoga has provided me with an incredible community. Offering yoga @ work is a beautiful way to bring teams together.
